“A great place for families to stay with lots of lounge space for visiting with family and games for kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location very convenient. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only recommendation (as a parent with small children) would be to add a small fridge to keep snacks/drinks/leftovers cool. A wonderful stay!”

“Location for early flight is perfect. Breakfast starting at 5am is also a great asset and the breakfast was very good. We had an issue with the chair in our room needing cleaning and we brought it up to the front desk staff who were horrified by that and extremely apologetic. The room was sizeable, quiet and the facilities are excellent the lift is quick which makes for a pleasant experience.”

“A guest house, not a hotel room, was what I wanted. My room with private bath was clean, and the window opened for fresh air. TV in the room worked well. The breakfast buffet is always available. It's on 2 bus routes for easy access to Aberdeen city center. On arrival, make sure your phone is charged and you know how to do international calls on it.”

“The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room. The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or……
