As soon as we enter, we will give our two children a bath for early rest. When you need to blow dry your hair after washing it, you can't find it in any room. After staying in so many hotels, it was the first time I encountered a room without a hair dryer. I immediately contacted the front desk, who had a good service attitude and promised to help me bring one over. However, in the end, we searched the entire hotel without a backup hair dryer, and we ended up sleeping with our hair wet. Because there are two children, we used to take a can of disinfection spray on the trip. In order to disinfect the toilet, tables and chairs in the hotel room, when I disinfected and wiped the toilet seat, I saw some black things like feces, which was really disgusting, and the hygiene was very poor. I will not consider visiting this hotel again." When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why couldn't I book another room? If there were no rooms available, please don't post them online. Later, they arranged a different room for me, but the price was different. The difference was more than 30 yuan.
