“We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!”

“This property is very spacious, and located in a very nice neighborhood, not too far from the highway to access downtown lansing! The house was very clean, beds were comfy, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog!! Highly recommended.”

“Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again.”

“We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay.”

“The house is exactly as pictured. Cleanliness was top notch. Appliances and cabinets in the kitchen were updated and modern. Both bathrooms were exceptional. Only thing I was a tad skeptical about was parking and the neighborhood.”

“I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. Also there was no apron and no aluminum foil or saran wrap I’m not sure maybe we should’ve brought our own. Overall great communication when I asked questions easy access accommodating great place would stay there again”

“I was happy with my stay. The property is an old farm house that's been split into 3 different rentals, and I was in the smallest. It did not have a full kitchen, but I think that's reflected in the price. The setting is peaceful and pretty, and I saw a LOT of deer! I did reach out to the owner in advance to make sure I could bring my pet bird (we were having a new furnace installed and I didn't want her around the fumes), and she responded right away and was very friendly. “This was perfect place to gather our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch with the view of the pond and wildlife including deer, turkeys, turtles, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and we could hear so many birds including peacocks. The children chairs, tables, books and toys were an appreciated touch. I would rent again given the opportunity. ”

“We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing.”

The property provided room for growing boys to run, a pond for fishing, and offered great swimming after a long day on the ball field. We would stay here again should we return to the area.”

The home is quaint but spacious at the same time and a perfect vibe for any Spartan fan.
