“Clean,basic motel room. Everything seemed fresh and in great condition. Good breakfast.”

“When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. ”

“Reserved two rooms. Needed to add an additional night which Expedia could not accommodate. Charge for extra night booked through the hotel ended up being as much as two ither nights combined. Rooms were clean to extent possible. Tub was stained and drained slowly with shower. Carpets seemed worn especially in hallways. Room charges were confusing when spitting two rooms but front desk staff were very patient and helpful in making adjustments. This may be an older hotel and/or often occupied……

“Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Problem with broken sink stopper, slow draining, and no extra roll of toilet paper provided. Also, shampoo and body wash containers by the tub were empty.”

“I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. The staff at the lounge/bar were also great. The rooms were clean, and the property seems well maintained. I'd absolutely stay here again and……

“This property just opened in early 2026 and is super nice. The Fairfield/Marriot brand has always treated me well and I will continue to use these properties.”

“This hotel might be the “best” in Nebraska City but ughhh it makes me sick the price I paid for this stay. The elevator was broken, there was a shattered window, the beds were hard and the water pressure was non existent. The one thing I will say is the staff were kind and helpful when our tv broke and the breakfast was hot.”

“Since it’s the only hotel in Glenwood Iowa, it’s pretty nice. They take very good care of it. It’s very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious and it was near a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again if I’m in town for a wedding.”
