The property was spacious and comfortable for my family and I to stay as a base to visit nearby Death Valley National Park. The swamp cooler did not appear to be working during the unseasonably hot days we were visiting, but it may not have been set up yet for the summer.”

“We love the eagle lodge (chair 15) area. This was our first time at Sunstone, and definitely will be our go-to from now on Had everything we needed for trip, easily made several meals at the condo. My daughter really enjoyed reading in the large community sitting room on the 1st floor with huge viewsThis is a great property. The host communication was excellent and exactly as described. Thank you! ”

“Great place to stay, very convenient having restaurants and grocery stores near by, also the What to do Guide that the host created was a great addition! And lastly the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable after a long day hiking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, resort style place to stay.”

“Beautiful property and great location. Owner was incredible helpful and delightful to communicate with. Two things, not having an upstairs bathroom is kind of a pain and the upstairs skylight should have a shade or blind to cover it, fairly easy fix. Over all I would still recommend this property.”

“We traveled with our dog and the yard was perfect. Comfortable home and definitely appreciated the choice of 3 coffee machines. Easy access/short drive to hikes in the Alabama hills. ”
