“We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. From there we found garbage in all receptacles, almost all bedding and towels dirty, and hair and dirt on the floors. We couldn’t reach the host for 40 mins, (which the area……

The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud!”
