“Hairs in the bathtub. Huge chunk of frost under the freezer inside the small refrigerator (they need to thaw and restart it once in a while). The PTAC unit worked well (as AC for us). Staff were helpful responding to requests.”

“We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time.”

“Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.”

“I thought the property was beautiful and the cottages are wonderful, but I was pretty disappointed in the amenities. I was looking forward to using the sauna, but it wasn't really clear on how to operate that and there was no one making it clear. We missed the breakfast, that's served on site from 8a - 10a, but I'm not sure if that's included or a la carte.”
