“Great location with good amenities and lovely views. Only issue we had is we were given two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.”

“Room was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning team but the bathroom and bed were a bit tired and could be doing with being upgraded.”

“There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”

“Mooie grote kamer en badkamer. Schoon En met erg groot bed. Het perdoneel was prima. Het hotel had een mooi overdekt zwembad. Een verrassings menu elke dag dat prima was klaargemaakt. Ontbijd was prima”

“Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sind sehr hellhörig. Zeitweise war es um Mitternacht noch sehr laut auf den Gängen, weshalb ich öfter aufwachte. In dem Bett konnte ich nicht gut schlafen. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen schönen Blick und die Pools waren auch schön. Das Frühstück war soweit ok. ”

“No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. ”

“Man sollte hier insgesamt keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben. Pro: Die Aussicht. Wirklich beeindruckend. Wer ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, macht alles richtig. Dafür lohnt es sich definitiv. Es gab eine eigene kleine Küche, was sehr praktisch war. Der Zimmerservice war gut: täglich frische Handtücher und eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Contra: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es war fast nie ein Parkplatz zu finden und wenn doch, waren diese sehr eng. Am besten parkt man gegenüber……

“The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer……

“Lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (continental mainly) and gorgeous setting. Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. If you are happy walking every day in any kind of weather this is for you. ”

“The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem. After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation. The beding is also less than average ”
