"Room was clean, property was beautiful. Nice to be able to have a fire. I took stars off for an important issue. It advertised that the hotel had their own parking. No spots were available when we arrived, it was full. I chose this hotel primarily for location and the fact that they had their own private parking. Downtown parking in Santa Fe is horrendous. We did eventually get in the garage after someone left. But they need to monitor their garage more frequently to make sure no one is parked there who shouldn't be."
