“The hotel is VERY situated. But honestly, that’s where it ends. Mind you, this is NOT an inexpensive hotel so our expectations were not low. The hotel is old, and can use serious renovations. The AC was loud and clonky, the AC thermostat is original from the 1970s, furniture is old, etc. bottom line, the hotel can use a serious remodeling.”

“This is a rundown place badly in need of a major renovation. One cabinet door in the bathroom was broken. The bathroom is a tiny little thing that hasn’t been renovated for at least 25 years. It looks like a cheap motel. The shower curtain is adorned “” with a dirty curtain and reminds me of a $15 motel 6 situation. The bedroom has no door annd is open to a perfunctory equipped living room/dining room. The Front Desk offered to make a reservation at a restaurant, but when we arrived at the……

“I don’t believe there was breakfast included. But there was a bistro restaurant/ coffee shop where I was able to get some coffee and muffins. The room was super clean. Huge hotel with open areas. All renewed. Front desk guys were knowledgeable, friendly- fast check in and out. ”

“This was a great place to stay while traveling with pets! They put us close to a door easy to go in and out! Nice clean room!”

“The bath tub had holes in the bottom and green-black stains in it. The bottom was also mushy and when you stepped into the shower, slimy water seeped out of the holes, YUCK!! The ceiling had black mold growing on it. The carpet on the floor had huge stains by the bed. There were also chicken bones behind the side table.”

“Housekeeping was exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. No microwave in room. No advance notice about required daily parking fee.”

“The location is perfect if you are in town for the art scene. Easy access and withing walking distance of everything! We walked an average of 3 miles a day. The unit was clean and the kitchen was adequate for our needs (no oven). Also a grocery store was about a mile away. I would stay here again.”

“This hotel was basically clean and the staff was courteous. Our room had lots of nice cabinetry. Negatives: 1. Loud air conditioner that would have kept me awake had I not had headphones, 2. The only ice machine was not working, and 3. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and a used soap bar from last night's guest was left on top of the dispensers.”
