“Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. ”

“Great location for the beach and exploring downtown Santa Monica. The unit was great in every respect, and the rooftop park is amazing: lovely pool, lots of places to sit, beautiful plants, outdoor gym, great view, and even a dog park. It's rare to find a rooftop pool/common area that allows dogs, and this is a huge asset for those of us who travel with one. Had a really great time teaching my daughter to shoot pool on the rooftop billiard table with the pier in the distance. First-rate, will……

“We had a combo work/family/getaway visit, and this was a great home base. Large, light-filled and spacious, close to restaurants and museums, with a great coffee shop and breakfast burrito place right there. Also very conveniently located near our extended family.This is a cool space with a comfortable layout. There was good space for hanging out with family and also private space for working. “Room was dirty, bathrooms horrendous. Conspiracy images and signs on the fence outside. It does not look like how it does on Google streetview. There is no front desk that is staffed. You have to order showers by calling the owner. Locking your door involves using a padlock and a chain. It feels unsafe and discomforting.”
