We were also traveling with an EV and ran into an issue with charging, and the staff immediately stepped in to help us find a workable solution. What stood out most was how responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful everyone was. Instead of making either situation feel like a problem, they simply worked to find a solution and made sure we were taken care of. That level of service makes such a difference when you’re traveling. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again."
