"It was very good! The receptionist was very polite and explained everything clearly, speaking slowly and carefully in English. It’s a little far from the main tourist spots, but that’s why it’s reasonably priced. I walked to the Sagrada Família in about 40 minutes, and I enjoyed it like a pleasant walk around the area. There is a bakery and a supermarket right in front of the place, which was very convenient."

"All clean and tidy. Staff in main hotel couldn't be more helpful. Only gripe was hot drink machine broken so had to walk over to main building to purchase drink. WiFi really decent too. I enjoyed breakfast as well in main restaurant. "

"The room was very spacious and looked amazing, along with a nice view with curtains. Bathroom was wonderful and clean, would've been nice to have a small soap or so but handwash wuas there which other hotels don't usually provide so that was appreciated. The beds were very comfy and extra pillows and blankets were provided. Staff helped with questions whenever needed, with no major problems popping up during my weekend stay. "Had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo St Paul's. Stayed for 2 nights and wanted to surprise my partner for her birthday. They offer lots of different packages including balloons, rose petals, mirror message, etc, so I arranged everything with Anne in the guest relations team - who was super helpful - and everything was perfect, so thank you, Anne! ☺️ Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable (probably the best nights sleep I've ever had in any hotel!), and well equipped with everything you might need. Hotel is an a great location with St Paul's right on the doorstep, and other iconic sightseeing spots just a short train ride away. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Hope to be back in the near future!"
