"I wish I did a little more research before booking. This lodge used to be a hostel and still seems more like a hostel than lodge. It would be perfect if I wasn’t traveling with a toddler who wants to get into everything. Location is about a five minute drive from the beach. We saw a ton of deer. It’s a little ways to the shipwreck and lighthouse. Great for trail access. Overall, if you’re traveling with small children or folks who overheat easily, maybe not the best place. "Enjoyed my stay! Not too fancy but gets the job done, clean and safe. Had my own bathroom so don't forget to request that if you don't want to share, though the shared was clean as well. Loved it!"
