"The photos don’t entirely match the quality of the property. Despite being new, it is quite grotty overall. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked, there was holes in my bedding, hand prints and smudges on the fridge, dust all over the ceiling and walls in the bedroom. I didn’t receive an email about checkin instructions, so I didn’t know if I would even be able to gain access when I arrived after a late flight (I was able to but this was slightly stressful). Nobody provided me with WiFi details, I had to ask. SoBro is a convenient area for getting into music row (about 15 minutes by foot). "

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. Annoying was the out of order elevators, 2 out of 3. And it was off putting to see most of the upper exterior Holiday Inn signs dysfuntional. Evoked 2 star hotel vibe, and the staff etc mentioned above doesn't deserve that. Mark, Florida"

"Excellent location next to conference center and all downtown. Room was incredibly spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Despite attending a conference for work, it felt like I was on vacation in a tropical island. I also traveled with my pet and had no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend."

"I stayed here this weekend with a few friends to celebrate my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! Even more perfect than I could imagine. We stayed in the 4 bedroom suite which was more than enough space for all of us for the weekend. It was very clean, modern, & kitchen is full of gadgets to stay comfortable during your stay. The location is absolutely amazing with stores, restaurants, & several coffee places in walking distance. The hotel lobby also serves frothy monkey coffee and had scones each morning for you to take. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even left our suitcases there after check out to keep exploring before it was time to head to the airport. I totally recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nashville!! This is truly a gem."
