Only slept there. Bed was comfortable
"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"

"We had a great stay! The home was very clean and check-in was easy with the door code. It’s conveniently located near Safeway for groceries and was well-stocked with coffee and creamer, which was a nice touch. Perfect base for exploring Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, and Lassen. "Perfect location for fishing Hat Creek! Enjoyed the spaciousness of the kitchen and living area with 2 couches, and the deck for wildlife viewing and stargazing.
