When we checked in, we were told our room was on the second floor and there were no elevators, only stairs. I recently had injured my knee and it was difficult for me to walk up/down stairs. The front desk clerk informed me the hotel was very full and he didn't know if he would be able to move anything around. Since I had not told them we needed a first floor room, I said it was OK. My granddaughter and I stayed at Boarders for a week. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we had nothing but positive experiences. It has a country atmosphere, it's cozy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Boarders as a place to stay while visiting Iowa. A big shout out to Daryll who was at the front desk when we checked in and for several of the evenings when we came back to our room in the evening. Daryll was always helpful and pleasant.

Very peaceful stay.

Friendly and clean hotel with plenty of parking behind the hotel. We arrived on a Friday, stayed until Sunday. Try the Winneshiek Ice Water made by Dylan at the Tap Room! Hotel is close to shops, breweries and restaurants/pubs. Plan to park and walk everywhere! Just a short walk to Trout Run Trail which covers just about every terrain from hilly, rocky, switch backs to prairie farm land. Comfy bed and great breakfast

The Fairfield Inn was a great place - great staff, really nice room, quiet even though the place was full, breakfast was great, and great location. Would stay there again and often when in the area.

Wonderful hotel.. very clean.. new.. comfy!

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was friendly, and when we needed to check out earlier than planned, they were very accomodating. The desk clerk took care of everything just as promised. This took a little extra effort on her part since we had booked online. Very pleased.

Melina at check in and check out was amazing! Friendly, courteous and professional! Room was perfect and very large. Pool was perfect. Cleaning staff qas very nice. Parking was great and location was perfect for our visit to the John Deere museum (just 2buildings over). Highly recommended

Good selection for breakfast.

I always stay at Hampton Inn when i come to W'loo - never any problems whatsoever, great location, and reasonable prices.

We liked the room (clean). It was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice Updated Hotel.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The only drawback is that it is adjacent to a shopping mall that is presently under construction. However, I used the maps function on my phone and had no problem navigating the construction.
