"The room was clean, my only complaint is that the mattress has seen better days. The breakfast was so-so but I will say it was about what to expect at any 3-star level hotel. It's the best option for that area where the only other hotels are 2-star level. The staff was pleasant."

"We visit Summitt Inn yearly, a favorite vacation place for us to stay. Wonderful historic building with stunning views and sunsets. Staff is very helpful and friendly.Food is plentiful and delicious. Wonderful large stone fireplace with an area for gathering. The outside veranda offers plenty of seating, evening dining a plus. Rooms clean and comfortable."
