"The condo is really nice and well kept. It's right next to the beach, and you have a really good view of the ocean. It's also very close to lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in the same place again."

"Place was very clean and professionally run. Kim and Lisa are fabulous host and do anything to accommodate their guest and make their stay enjoyable. Breakfast and coffee every morning was delicious! They offered evening snacks with wine and beer options also. It is on the quiet end of the island but yet still close enough to the fun. We highly recommend and plan to go back! "

"Wonderful stay, nice cozy room .. love that they served breakfast .. felt like staying at home away from home. Only complaints are TV was hard to use and having issues watching anything, and could use blind on window in door facing bed. Glad to have stayed. Joyce the housekeeper was so sweet"

"The Beachside Boutique was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. All we wanted was a place close enough to the beach to walk so we didn’t have to keep moving our car and trying to find parking. Even though we did have to pay for parking the first day, from then on, we found street parking right out front and never had to move our car again. The host was so kind, the room was adorable and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with yummy breakfast goodies and the car bar was open 24/7. Big win for us! So many yummy restaurants to walk to as well. The town was mostly souvenir shopping but that’s not why we chose Folly so we were fine with that. It was a 10/10 weekend and we will be back next year!"

"Really liked this place.. It is an older home but very clean and beds very comfortable!! The stairs going up to the home probably should be updated and also the deck but never had any issues with either. The deck was shaded by trees and loved hanging out there!! The lady that looks over the place was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay again.. "

"The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more."

The view was absolutely breathtaking, and being just steps away from the beach made it perfect for relaxing and making memories together. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for both adults and kids, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our experience even more special was the host, James Nolan. He was incredibly humble, kind, and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had good memories.
