"Very clean, well appointed and stocked with all you need. Just a short walk down to the lake and a couple of nice views of the lake from the back porch with beautiful sunsets. Very nice and attentive host. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Maia and David!"

"Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby."

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"

"Came to dallas for a concert and stayed the weekend. Anatole was a great host who was very communicative before, during and after our stay! The condo was a great size for just a couple people and was very clean. Check in was easy and the location is amazing!"

"The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again!"

"There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "

"I really like that there is Chromecast available in each room, but they need to be more accessible. My boyfriend and I both have chromecasts at home and we couldn't get ours in the room to work. Maybe some instructions posted in the room? Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We will be coming back!"

"Canvas is a fabulous place to stay in Dallas. It is located in the center of all attractions. I had no problem with finding places to go, and things to do. Very friendly staff as well. The only issue was the drinks cost at the pool. VERY overpriced! Not to mention the 20% auto gratuity for one person. Insane!!! I will definitely return for a stay, but I’ll make sure I’m well on drinks before visiting the pool. Thanks for a lovely stay. "
