Great vacation home!

Stayed with three friends, for a week. Had a great time. Staff was helpful, Pool was warm, everything was as it should be in the house. Hope to stay again!

Just beautiful!

Paula was a wonderful host to communicate with and Kat the property manager was also a huge help with anything we needed. The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Will book this home again for sure.

We didn't want to leave. The house was perfect!

They layout of the house is perfect for a family vacation. The pool area and lanai was comfortable and very clean. We can not wait to go back! Paula was very nice and easy to get a hold of.

the BEST rental ever. You won't be disappointed

From the first view from the driveway and through the door it was perfection. Very clean. Very organized. Everything you need or want is right through these doors. Lovely lovely rental. Bedrooms spacious and clean tiki hut was a plus. Will return again and again. Recommend to everyone young and old. This place is peace and tranquility. You won't be disappointed. The owner Dan and the rental company were very accommodating. It's heaven on earth

Perfect family pad for the holidays

The home was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities to host our group of six. The pool was nice and heated and the home had a number of floats and anything you'd need for a trip to the beach. There is also a nice speaker system throughout the house and pool area that we managed to connect to via Bluetooth. You'll need to buy or bring your own toiletries, soaps and paper products beyond the minimal amount provided but there are stores nearby to stock up depending on the length of your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with almost any tool you'd need which was much appreciated. Beds and couch were comfortable and we always felt everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Overall a great home base for our trip!

Beautiful house, pool, lanai and dock. Perfect for our 2 families with kids ages 7-11. About 30-40 minute to Sanibel lighthouse beach by car. We took advantage of the dock and Gulf access and rented a boat. Very fun experience but make sure to get orientation as lots of shallow areas to be made aware of. Kitchen well stocked, lots of towels. No cleaning supplies and just enough toiletries to get you through a day or 2. Street is a little busier but plenty of play area in the back. Owner extremely fast response time to all questions night and day. Will rent again. Thank you Clark Family.

The house and property were great, I did not appreciate the check and out process with the property manager. She was very loud and acted like she was being put out by doing her job. I did not like all the extra charges that I was told I would have to pay(like cleaning the grill and putting new foil in the drip pan sheet. It wasn’t new when I got there to began with and a 50.00 charge I think is absurd. I will spend more money next time so I won’t be charged if I do t wash the towels before leaving and or clean the grill. If you are going to lease your house out on VRBO and already charge a cleaning fee then why nickel and dime someone if they don’t clean to your property managers guidelines. I hope you read this and either adjust your guidelines and make sure they are explained in the contract then search for a new property manager that has some couth when addressing your clients.

Perfect Stay!

10/10 – Perfect Stay!We absolutely had the best time at this rental! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, exactly what we were hoping for.One of the standout features was the pool, it was clean, well-maintained, and the kids had an absolute blast spending hours in it every day. It truly made our vacation extra special.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!Kat and her team did a great job getting us checked in and out. Home was cleaned beautifuly.

Family home perfect for a vacation

This house was by far the best we’ve stayed in over our years visiting Cape Coral. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Also several beach chairs, coolers, and fishing rods. These owners have thought of everything.

Cape Coral Family Vaca

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house had all of the amenities of home plus a pool, with pool toys, fishing gear, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing kitchen and open concept living room. Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront home! I stayed with my parents and my sister’s family; it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept design with fully retractable glass sliders made the indoor-outdoor living experience incredible—especially with the heated pool right in the backyard. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we even caught a few fish in the canal behind the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making our stay even more stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with quick Gulf access, a great pool, and all the comforts of home, this is the place! We would absolutely stay here again.

Cape Coral Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house and amenities made us feel right at home. Paula and Brian were excellent in keeping us informed regarding the property conditions after the recent hurricane and Petra was very welcoming during check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The kitchen was excellent for our meals and daily activities and the pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Cape Coral area. We will definitely favorite this property for future stays.

Florida in July!!

Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

Beautiful welcoming property!

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!
