This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Great little spot

This was a great spot to stay in. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle but close enough to not have to spend a fortune on Ubers. It was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend it for couples and singles.

This place has everything!

The location was convenient to so much! It seemed to be in a “foodie” neighborhood, which we loved. We especially liked the couple-of-blocks-walk to nearby breakfast spots. The decor was so fun and cozy, and the apartment afforded us every amenity we could want. We loved it.

Overnight Easy

We stayed for one night and it was better than the $500 hotels that were available. Kitchen was stocked well and outdoor patio was great. Enjoyed having Roku available. Restaurants and other places were close. Felt overall safe in the neighborhood as well. Only issues: the comforter was really thick and made it really hot to sleep and we looked but could not locate a blanket to use while sitting in the living area. The AC was blowing cold which was great. Thank you for having this property available to use! Would be great for a work trip or weekend trip to Fort Worth.

The studio was centrally located for the events that brought me to town. Dining and entertainment were nearby and walkable. I stayed alone and felt safe doing so. The unit had all of the conveniences you could consider and a lovely balcony that I wished I'd have had time to enjoy. This is an annual trip for me and I will be reserving my spot once I know the dates!
