“Our room was incredibly stuffy, AC unit buttons were so worn and broken you had to guess how to operate it, mini fridge was inoperable and we were told there was no solution. We opted to just open the window (no screen) and listen to the heavy traffic all day. Pool was warm ish so we decided to get in, commented on it to the staff member, and went to go get dressed. While we were getting dressed, the staff member decided to fill it with the hose and brought the temperature down considerably and……

“This was a perfect place for a family into on a long trip. Parking was near our room, and security seemed well-provided for. Cleanliness of rooms and newness and quality of linen was the best. The little breakfast room surprised us with all it had to offer! The pool looked great for unkinking your traveling body. Staff were very cooperative. The night clerk did not know much about the surrounding area, though she was willing. A further question asks about the surrounding property. Most……

I was up from 1-5am because people a couple doors down were having several people coming in and out, loud music, slamming doors, and I couldn’t sleep. A couple times they were even hitting on various doors and revving their engines. It didn’t make for a great night and I’m grumpy about it ”
