“The hotel is new and great amenities. Food is excellent and the staff is great. There is a beautiful beach/pool area that they take you to with a golf cart. It’s so lovely. They have pickle ball there and other games. Overall a really nice hotel. ”

“This area is older and not been modernized yet, But.......with the new bridges, and more attractions coming I see it getting better. Therefore the motel was old and run down but not moreso than the surrounding area. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. ”

Several things in the room had already been previously damaged, hardly any hot water for showers, light switches are wired backwards. Old outdated room but other rooms hsd brsnd new everything updsted everything also still hsd msjor damaged and uncleaned filth. ”

It was a Sunday,Not sure if they would have someone there during the week.To my surprise the small refrigerator had a good freezer.i had freezer packs for the items we were taking to meet family. The room had a microwave. Space could be bigger, but great for the price!”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“They just had instant oatmeal instead of cooked like they used to. Otherwise everything was good. The low rating is due to the extremely noisy room I had on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the ice machine and outside entrance. ”
