You’ll love the views from Above the Sea! This Bay Harbor beachfront boasts a 750 square foot deck and cozy interior. Make unforgettable new beach life memories at your home away from home.
This comfortable beach house easily accommodates 10 people on one convenient level with 4 private bedrooms. The primary king suite features beautiful Gulf views and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the 2 twins bedroom next door. The queen bedroom has great beach views too, and the kids and teens will love the bunk room across the hall!

The family chef can easily cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen right next to the open living room. The wall of windows creates a bright and airy living space where everyone can relax and enjoy the view. The dining table seats 6 people when it’s time to eat, or head out to dine on the deck right outside.

The huge deck showcases endless beachfront views and plenty of seating. The waves are an easy walk away, so grab your beach cart and head on down!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

This place was small, but the deck always was shaded! That was great. We watched the pelicans fishing while enjoying coffee. The access to the beach was also spectacular, just a very short walk. We only set up our shade tent twice. Again back on the deck for the sunset and watching the kids crabbing In the evening. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Wonderful view!

I love that the property is right on the beach with a ramp and stairs over the dune. The private beach was great and even on a busy weekend, it stayed quiet and wasn’t crowded at all. The deck was large and breezy. Will definitely stay there again.
