"The condo was perfect! We especially loved enjoying early morning coffee on the desk. The view of the lake was so peaceful! The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. Every item you would need was included with many extras. We highly recommend to anyone interested in spending time in the Herrington Lake area.The host was extremely helpful and the check in and out was a breeze. Great communication."

"Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done."

"Were out of shampoo and conditioner when i arrived which showed potential lack of attention to detail. But the place was amazing location downtown, great keurig coffee, clean otherwise. Very comfortable stay. Would recommend others!"
