“Great place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us.”

“We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing.”

“Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again.”

It was fresh, spacious, comfortable and made you feel like you were in a luxurious mountain retreat. There were many small thoughtful touches throughout the home that were warm and inviting. Loved the kitchen, it was well stocked, had all we needed and more.The view was breathtaking and never got old, watching the light change and sparkle on the water from sunup to...

“My family had an amazing time at this property. We were close to Northstar for an amazing day of skiing, great yard for the kids to play in the snow and close to Kings Beach for dinners.”

“This place was great, the house is really nice, the condo has a some jacuzzis and the location is perfect if you came for some time at the mountains.”

“We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.”

“Very clean but tight space. My daughters slept comfortably in the sofa-bed. The bathroom was har to be in because of the small space but overall enjoyed everything else. ”
