Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe

8/10 Good
"Location is nice if you want to be right at the base of the mountain - and away from town. Nothing is really walking distance, so expect to drive anywhere you'd like to go. Which is fine as the parking is complimentary, rare for Tahoe. That being said, there is NO self park. It's valet parking only and they are understaffed and quite slow. When you DO want your car, expect to wait 10-30 minutes. Which is frustrating when you just want to go on your way. Unless you are staying for a week or longer, there is NO HOUSEKEEPING. Your room will not be made up. At best, if you call, they'll bring you items you need (clean towels, coffee packets, plates, cups, etc) but they don't remove trash/dishes/towels/etc. You're on your own. The sauna and steam room are great to have. Though the gym and sauna area could use a water dispenser or fountain. There's not even water/ice on the same floor as the gym/sauna! The first floor has a modest arcade, but beware that many of the games are broken and/or out of order and all require payment to play. Unlike most all other hotels, there isn't complimentary coffee available in the lobby most days (only Monday/Tuesday?). There is a "coffee bar" by the lobby, but it doesn't open until 7am Wednesday through Sunday."

"The bed was super comfy, the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold choices, the AC was awesome, and the shower wash and shampoo smelled yummy :) the only difficult part is finding a parking spot sometimes. It’s also on a very busy corner, so turning left out of the parking lot is not possible at certain times."
