“Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.”

“The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location. It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub. Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“Rooms were very small. Lighting was terrible (to put on makeup) Car alarms went off twice during the night and a sign is posted that made us think there have been breakins”

“Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year.”

“The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating.”

“I would have given a worse review but the price was low so that’s important to remember. The non-smoking room had been smoked in quite a lot, the previous occupant removed the smoke detector. The floor was not vacuumed and was almost grimy. The bed sheets were clean but both mattresses should have been replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a can of Lysol and cleaned all the flat surfaces, toilet, bathroom floor, shower, etc. I pulled out the window heat/ac filters and cleaned……

“We were greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff. Our group was there for the Fargo Marathon, and they offered a grab and go breakfast option for those running the race. Nice touch. Unfortunately, they would not give any late checkouts, which was tough for the marathon runners. The beds were super comfortable and I probably had one of the best nights of hotel sleep ever. There was some fairly bad water damage in the bathroom that they tried to patch up. The hotel looked a little tired and……
