“Room was very cold. Staff did not know about amenities, parking, room key, room assignment, or dining options when we arrived.”

“Do not stay here! The bathtub was falling apart, there are stains all over the ceiling and the place looks like it's going to fall apart. Cracks in the ceiling and barely any hot water. Luckily we were only here to sleep for one night but it was one of the worst stays. Not to mention extremely over priced. No amenities in the room. 12 inch tv and sagging beds with bad smelly scratchy sheets. There were 4 of us and we only had 3 towels and there is no staff to get towels from. No rest due to how……

“The breakfast was continental, tea, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt and delicious overnight oats. We do like a cooked breakfast though so this is a mark down for us. The room was beautiful and clean with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and mints which was a nice touch. There were small shower gels in the bathroom and a lovely rain shower. “Ideal hotel for visiting Antrim and surrounding areas. Free parking always a bonus. The hotel was quiet, very clean, beds comfortable, staff all helpful and polite. Our stay included breakfast which was self service with a good selection of food and the coffee from the machine was really good also. We didn't eat meals in the hotel as visiting friends in area but would definitely stay here again.”
