Very nice and clean! Restaurants are in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!!

parking was plentiful but we were not certain how exactly to position our vehicle because there are no markings nor instructions that we found. not a big deal but we noticed it.

Our room was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice little front patio area for each room and a cute patio area with picnic tables around the side. Quite a few resturants and a bar within walking distance. Thrifty... ? Pizza Hut is next door. Thai and BBQ across the street and an Irish Pub next door too. The trolly stops out front. Friendly staff, clean, spacious & very comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet was great. And the location is great!

I really needed a quiet, relaxing getaway, and this was definitely it, I love the outdoors and the suite in which I stayed was amazingly beautiful, the view was beautiful. David and Rio , the guest representatives were so awesome and quite kind and so helpful, I really appreciated them. I also got to see the deer and their little one eating right in front of my suite, so very amazing, I recommend this beautiful place to everyone, Had a great time.

It was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was comfortable. It’s in a very convenient area close to the attractions.

Nice private property that was fairly quiet. They did not insulate the walls between the units so you could hear everything in the room next to you. Loved the walk in multi head showers.

The room and the surrounding area is beautiful we got a jacuzzi room. It’s in the back over looking the trees and seen a beautiful sunrise this morning. Will definitely be back.

The Basin is an amazing Hotel. It's where we prefer to stay when we're in Eureka Springs.

This was a fun place for our small family to stay! This is in a great spot near the edge of town, but it's still very close to the historic downtown area and other attractions. The treehouse cabins are very unique and charming!

Perfect location, cute rooms and very comfortable bed. Staff members were super helpful and kind. The location is the perfect distance from downtown Eureka Springs with plenty of other restaurants/stores/bars located a short walk away. Food truck on the property was delicious too!

Clean room , easy parking for bikes . Great friendly staff would def stay again
