“Fantastic spot and host. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

“The only complaint I have was the door to the outside balcony was really hard to get open, the mattress's could use an upgrade not comfortable, and a few more baking dishes, cookie sheets. That's the only reason I just gave 3 stars. Family other wise had a great time.”

“Beautiful spot by the river, great communication from host.”

“Loved the location and was close to everything. On the first night we were there even had a visit from a bear. Super cool, first time seeing one in person. Glad I was on the balcony. Definitely would stay again.”

“It was a nice place to meet up with old friends! It had lovely decor. Because of some with allergies, it would have been nice to have some tissues. Also K- cups available for the Kurg. Our group enjoys playing games. A table with four chairs would have been a plus.”

“Very peaceful, loved the sound of the stream off the back deck.”

“Was unable to access the hot tub which is why we chose this rental. Tried contacting the host and never received a response. House was clean and the bed was comfy. ”

“Property was better than described. Super clean and communication with host was so quick. Quiet location. Kitchen well stocked.”

“Nice condo that fulfilled our needs. Easy access to the national park. Shower was moldy and unit smelled a bit musty. Management was very responsive to our concerns and offered to clean unit again. A ten digit door code for entry each time we came and went seemed extreme. Fire alarm testing occurred during our stay one morning by the HOA which we were not made aware of. They needed access to our unit while we were there. It would’ve been nice to have been notified that thiswas going to...

“Beautiful updated condo in a convenient subdivision in Townsend. Family of four-- two king beds, which was tricky since we have young adult children. The first bedroom needs a new bed. It's cheap and creaks with every move. We asked for the head and footboards to be tightened, but the handyman said there was nothing he could do-- furniture is just cheap. One person ended up on the sofa because of that bed situation. This would be a 10/10 place if the bed in bedroom one was replaced. If you don't...
