“Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. “We stayed in unit 4301 in late August, early September, and for my husband and I, it was great. It’s a corner unit so it had wonderful views of the mountains and looking down towards Gatlinburg. The balcony is just as big as you see in the photo, but plenty enough room for 2 people. It was on the 3rd floor, no elevator so be aware and pack light. We used the downstairs bed so we wouldn’t have to walk up or down the stairs for the restroom at night plus it was kinda hot up there. It was hot……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice, the bathrooms were beautiful, and having an in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The Xbox was a really nice touch, and we also appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and extras stocked in the cabinets.The only issue we noticed was with the master bathroom door lock. “The listing indicates steps & shows a spiral-I did not expect 3 flights up, no elevator.
