“I would have given a 5 star review if the hospitality of staff was friendly. Overall the stay was pleasant, convenient location into Capitol reef. Next to nearest gas stations, food, restaurants. It was nice having the option to dine in and also have a pool and hot tub. I like that pool was enclosed for bad weather days. The restaurant staff were really nice, and the two younger front desk clerks were also nice. 3 older staff members at front desk seemed to be inconvenienced to be asked……

“The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The general store was convenient for morning coffee and tea. One could also get breakfast there. We opted for to-go sandwiches which were delicious. It is early in the season and only the hot tub was available. My husband enjoyed it after a full day of hiking. This is a quaint and comfortable motel in a beautiful setting. Would stay again when in the area. ”

“I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again.”
