“总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。”

“我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。”

“The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.”

“是一個很溫馨的木屋飯店，沒有空調，室內會有些悶。可以開門，但是沒有紗窗，會有蚊子飛進來。室外有小庭院，外面可以看到山景。早餐有現煎的Omelette，對於需要熱食胃的人來說很適合。有三溫暖但是不像日本男女分開，這裡是男女共用的，所以我們沒有用到這個設施。地點來說離公車站不遠，很方便。”

“整體我們一家人都非常滿意，如果不用坐纜車就更加好了，因為來回纜車都是自費的，這点我們早已知道，因為山上的風景真的很美很美，所以我們都是選擇了入住，非常難忘”

“The hotel is at 1 minte walk from the railway station. The room is clean and tidy. The staff gave me very usrful advice on the attractions. The rent is inclusive of breakfast. In summary, the hotel suits all of my need. I feel very comffortanle in the hotrl. Highly recommended.”
