“Location, Location, Location. Hotel is directly across the street from the West End Beach. The hotel supplies Loungers and towels, which is great. If there was one thing they could improve on, it's the Breakfast. After the first day, i brought it to the attention of the very nice server that it could have been better. I ordered the American Breakfast.....so they made it better by adding another egg and more potatoes for my second one. I don't eat bacon and that is why they added the extra……

“Le staff est super gentil et serviable, cependant les chambres sont un peu désuètes, rien pour vous décourager, mais ne vous attendez simplement pas à un super niveau de confort. Autrement, l'emplacement est super si vous voulez faire de la plongée, directement sur le bord des quais avec une petite terrasse au bout du quai pour de beaux coucher de soleil. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien également.”

“This was our first time in Roatan, and we chose Infinity Bay because of the great reviews and the amenities we were looking for as a family of five. Our rooms were air conditioned, and we saw no signs of insect infestations anywhere. I am also convinced that the cats roaming around the property do a good job of keeping unwanted critters away. But honestly, it also comes down to cleanliness and service. Our room was cleaned every day, and the beds were always made when we returned. The pools……

“Quiet and in the middle of West Bay and West End. Can walk to West End (10 min on the beach and 10 min inland). The food is great at the cafe and restaurant. The beach is nicer by West Bay though, which is $5 water taxi/pp/each way.”

“The hotel is in a dangerous neglected area. As soon as you get there you lose signal. Sketchy people all around. Barely any people staying there.”

“Nos dieron una habitación para una parejs y una niña. La cama principal era buena pero la supletoria era un sofá cama terrible, era imposible dormir allí, el colchón era un desastre y te clavabad literalmente todos los hierros del armazón. Estuvimos mucho tiempo para que nos dieran solucion, primero nos dijeron de poner dos cubre colchones juntos, increíble. Después nos llevaton otra habitación con otro sofá cama mas pequeño y también insufrible. Al final nos dieron otra habitación despyes.de……
