“The small cabin we booked was very intimate & cozy. It is located approximate to Alexandria Bay with very easy access to the rest of the Seaway Trail. Only thing of question was the bed was a little soft & the bathroom a little tight for a guy my size. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall!”

“Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit.”

“Everything about property was great. The only slight downgrade at the moment is that the dining room is being renovated and is behind the original schedule. Sounds like it will be great when completed.”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a beautiful hotel right on the water. We had a gorgeous room on the fourth floor with 2 queen beds and jacuzzi. We got lucky and had a corner room that had 2 balconies and a full view of the river and some of the islands and castles. They also have 2 restaurants and a bar, with docking for anyone coming in by boat. I would absolutely book this hotel again!!!”

“Good location with very good public park along the St. Lawrence River in walking distance. Staff was very kind. Cleaned room. My favorite channes was not included in the cable channel.”

“One of the best places I’ve stayed. Family style and the deco fits riverside vibe perfectly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in very early and lent us all kinds of stuff including utensils. The shared area was also very nice, with swing chairs and all. The neighborhood was quiet yet adjacent to the river and the pubs. Recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay!”
