“WIFI was too slowly !”

“nice and friendly staff, clean and new facilities, well equipped kitchen in the room. only few blocks away from Wal-Mart and other shops.”

“This was the most pleasant experience! The check in was outstanding because of "J".. she went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect. The hotel is in my opinion the nicest we have stayed at in Lancaster. I would highly recommend this hotel!!”

“Staff in every area was excellent. I particularly appreciated Anna’s help when I first arrived after a long morning of travel. She also helped reinstate my IHG membership. Did not get the other staff names but they were consistently great. (Front desk and breakfast) Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Lighting was not great and I think bulb on one side of bed not working. Had annoying challenges with room key cards only working once then having to walk back down to front desk to have……

“Could smell a little better ”

“The room was very smelly and more importantly the sheets were stained and severely burned in many places. The top cover blanket was also burned in many places. There was a gap in the door when it was closed so outside lights and cold air came through into the room. There was no lock for the window and no screen. The t.v. provided had very bad reception and kept going in and out. Not a pleasant stay. Terrible. ”

“The proprietor and his wife were kind and helpful. The room was affordable and met my needs for one night on the road. The air conditioning worked. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. No coffee. There was no top sheet on the bed. There was no mattress cover-just a bottom sheet and a well worn bedspread. ”

“The staff is amazing! Rooms are comfortable. The breakfast and coffee are not good. If I can’t get good food then I need a good cup of coffee. ”
