“I travel frequently for work and stay in hotels regularly, and this is the first experience poor enough that I feel compelled to advise others to stay elsewhere. The humidity in my original room was excessive—business papers curled from the moisture, the sheets felt damp, and even the carpet was damp. I reported the issue and asked that the unit be checked. “Expedia did not follow up after claiming that they were unable to get the Garrison property to change the night I was supposed to be staying from Friday the 18th to Thursday the 17th. The Expedia system would not let me remove the 18th from the reservation and manually change to the 17th. Garrison refused to change the reservation and I forfeited the fee paid in advance that was applied to a stay on the 18th that I could not use. I got no followup help from Expedia to find something on the……
