"We had an issue at check-in because they showed us as cancelled. So we had to rebook the room through Hotels.com. But they gave us an upgrade to a suite which was nice. The rooms are dark and the furniture dated but overall comfortable. They seemed short staffed in the restaurant and lounge as it was difficult to get service. Also, they charge for parking and a resort fee which seemed ridiculous. It’d be better to just include in the room amount instead of a separate charge. But we did enjoy the location and the views."
