“Very clean and nice bathroom. The stuff was very nice and friendly.”

“The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also very good and had a variety of food for people to choose from. We got into the Neosho area very late and had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign is not very big and it is not very well lit. It was difficult to find a way into the parking lot. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable but it was very high from the floor and was difficult to get onto. Because I am short, I had to use a stool to climb……

“Woke up and our room was flooded. Our room reeked, and there were many questionable characters on the premises. Pay the extra money and get a better hotel.”

“Our room was not the cleanest. The bathroom floor and tub could have used much more attention. The shower faucet had black tape all around it. I set the water temp to take a shower and halfway thru my shower, the water got ice cold. I finally was able to adjust the temp only by shutting it off and back on. I then was able finish. it was not easy with the broken faucet. Also, the sink in the main area had great water pressure until it began to make an awful noise then no pressure. It did……

“Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”

“Only good for one night stay. The room is clean,the breakfast is hot,but the smallest room I’ve ever stayed;however the price is too high,not worth of it,n OK,not too many choices.”

“We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“The house was clean and there was plenty if space. The hot tub had an amazing view of the lake!”
