“It was incredibly musty, they did have a dehumidifier going. The bathrooms were a bit gross, rusty and super dirty in the corners. Paint blotches all over the walls throughout our room, where they attempted touch ups. I would have thought after the flood, they would have had a refresh/remodel. Nope. Way over charging for such a subpar hotel. Would not recommend.”

“Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it.”

“Checking into our room we discovered the worn pilled sheets full of dog/cat hair and hair in the sink. The manager was quick to give us a new room that the fridge freezer needed defrosted badly but at least was cleaner. Heads up, the indoor heated pool is not heated. The breakfast was lacking fruit, OJ and not very much offered. Very disappointed for a Ramada that needs updated with sinks and tub worn out. We will choose another place to stay next time. ……

“The motel was easy to get to and in quiet location. The room was quiet, although we did hear some heavy footsteps from the room above, The room and bathroom was very clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast' although there was more hot breakfast items then I expected from such a low price room. The orange juice was mostly water, however the apple juice was good. The biscuits were not fresh and the sausage gravy appeared to be old. I would stay there again because the rooms were at a……

“Liked: the room was nice and clean as expected when we arrived. The staff: was never seen in my building. Dislikes: We noticed piles of towels and garbage bags outside of each of the rooms so immediately came to understand there would probably be no housekeeping. We went to the building where you check in and had to get our own towels to replenish used ones. Amenities: the Bogi Splash water park pool was great but the outdoor pool was overcrowded and was kind of dirty looking in the pool. We……
