“Host communication was very poor. The gate and house codes given were incorrect. I couldn’t get into the compound until someone was getting out. She didn’t answer calls during those times when I needed the gate open. Also the entire beddings in the master bedroom were unclean. The dining room table were very dusty even though the apartment itself was clean. I ask had to purchase WiFi.”

“Secure building, friendly staff, multiple door entrance side door closes at 9pm reopens in the morning allowing everyone to use front door entrance only late at night which adds to the security. Property sits beside an ice cream store, corner store and liquor store. Restaurants and walking distance also able to Uber eats.. beautiful view from the screened in balcony with seating. Excellent for your morning cup of tea or just to read a book or catch vibes and not be bothered by bugs or onlookers....

“The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point.”
