“I had to call the police on them. They refused to give me my room key even though I paid the deposit paid for the room and everything. They are very rude and disrespectful. My mom would come over in the morning just to say hi and they would be like you’re not allowed to have any gift on the property or are you paying for that person? Just very rude and disrespectful no good customer service from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. ”

“Showing it's age. Worn. Some sketchy clientele. Some loud guests. Good for location and price. ”

“During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into……

“Yes staff was professional and the room clean but the only thing missing no continental breakfast no coffee or working laundry machine which was broke so that’s why I’ll give them 3 stars over all Thank you best regards ”
