“If somehow your room gets messed up I hope you have patience. Front staff lady is more combative than helpful. I’m not really sure where my booking went wrong but hearing the conversation between Expedia and their staff was just awful.”

“you’re a solo female traveler don’t go here. First huge red flag was that I had to send a venmo for my security deposit. I asked if I could go get cash and was told no. I should have cancelled and left right then. Then they moved my room from the second floor to the first which is scarier for me. Then my room number was told to me loudly in front of three men in the lobby that I didn’t know. Then I get to the room and the thing that’s on the top of the door to catch the door if it opens is……

“Wife and I came in town for our son's wedding and needed a place to stay in this area. It is surrounded by food places to eat withing 1 minute walking distance including Starbucks for coffee. Our initial room was very much in need of repair. Bottom floor. The person above us was very loud and we could not sleep night 1. At 1am we were moved to a newly cleaned and refurbished room upstairs so no one was above us to hear banging. Not the hotels fault. Just inconsiderate guests. Our room upstairs……
