“Not sure where to start. When we got into our room it was clean and newly renovated BUT the flaws that came with this hotel was ridiculous and a waste of our time!! The shower did not drain and eventually overflowed, the sink literally dripped water, along with the toilet not flushing properly, flies, mosquitoes, and gnats always seemed to make their way in, and the bathroom door DOES NOT SHUT! We would have to literally slam the top corner of the door to close the door for the person who needed……
