“Air conditioning was terrible. Would not cool the room.Hallway was hot too. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced.”

“We had a nice, peaceful couple's weekend at this property. The guest house was very clean and well-equipped. All the linen was fresh. The bed was VERY comfortable - it was top quality. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking at the lake. We also enjoyed star gazing at the firepit at night. It was a great place to unwind.”

“This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in……
