“The experience of our 3-night stay was so bad. The 1st day is perfect, friendly front desk and good room, then things going strange forward. The first thing is the room cleaning, looks like they have different standard per day, they give whole set of towels and only single one bottle water at 2nd day, then only one single big towel and NO bottle water at 3rd day. The 2nd thing is that I have no idea why this 4-star hotel choose the freezing cold winter to do the hot water maintenance, and just……

“The hotel is in a very convenient location. It has been recently renovated, the rooms are extremely cleaned and there is such a good smell on the hallway. Highly recommended it.”

“酒店整體應該是可以的，位置很好，清潔，前台服務很好，早餐一般，但可能我訂錯房間了，我我房間就在路邊，一門之隔，雖然有遮擋層在玻璃門和窗上，但感覺總是怪怪的，好像沒有私隱一樣，厨房在門邊，一開門就直望洗手間，如果沒關門沖涼，那途人就可以看見，晚上很吵，途人可能倚在你門邊聊天，一直到凌晨4，5時才會靜下來，房間是兩層的，但餐桌在閣樓，如果要煮食，就比較麻煩，所以訂這酒店，必須考慮我所說的，或者選擇其他房間。。。”

“酒店位行opera後面的巷，交通方便，酒店房間不多，但櫃格人員親切友善，樂意解答任何問題，房間也適中，不太細，早餐選擇不多，但也吃得很舒適，下次會考慮再入住”

“非常寬敞的公寓，樓下是客廳與餐廳，樓上有衛浴與兩個房間，舒適又溫馨。”

“就在中央火車站出來很近的地方，壞處就是附近很多流浪漢跟一些奇怪的人，但基本酒店環境還是可以的。”
