“The property was clean, airy (high ceilings) and light, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen, particularly was well furnished. There were five of us staying there, and there were no complaints about the rooms or the beds. There were three things that set this apartment apart. The first was the game room, which provided hours of enjoyment just relaxing (although the foosball table needs repairing). The second was the space overall. “Good for a quick last minute stay”

“We had a great stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great price and really cute decor. Love the colors!The only complaint would be that the futon was definitely not queen size as listed in the description, so one person had to sleep on the orange couch in the other bedroom. Not a big deal, but maybe update your listing.”

“Rooms were nice. Living room rug had not been vacuumed, had hair etc on it. The bath rug was stained and smelled of urine. We washed it and that seemed to help the bathroom smell better. There were some other issues, but ”

“The main level with kitchen and two bedrooms was just a couple small steps at door thresholds above sidewalk grade, which made it easy for the grandparents to get around. Plenty of open space to socialize and many fun activities just like the photos. We had two cars. Free street parking as available. “Great studio very bright natural light the room is all windows, has everything you need, a block from the broad st subway, very easy to get around the city from here on foot, and there is always ample parking for my car, I also liked that it was pet friendly without any extra deposits”
