“Overall the resort is nice, especially the grounds and the beach access which are both beautiful. It is also conveniently located. As noted with many reviews the actual rooms themselves are old and somewhat dated. They do serve their purpose and the beds are comfortable are the cleanliness can definitely be improved. The indoor pool is a nice feature (and i was looking forward to having the kids swim int it) but it could be better cleaned and better maintained. I, personally, didn't feel……

“We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. We texted the inn asking for clean towels, and they replied saying they would change the towels every day. But when we left for the day and came back in the……

“If location is what you are after then this has a great one, right on the square, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very dated, rooms are small. They did have certain items in the them that helped, a fridge and a small microwave however no coffee maker and the continental breakfast that was being offered did not start until 8:30, and it was showing that the coffee maker was out of order. So for a morning coffee drinker not helpful.”

“We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker.
