"Just what we needed. 2 miles the Coast. Great restaurants near by. Not expensive, pet friendly and very safe area! Close enough to explore the Outer Banks."

"We had a great stay! The room was newly renovated, and I believe we were either the first guests to stay in it or very close to it. Everything was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was great with easy, close access to the beach. 🌊
The hotel is still under construction, so not all of the hotel or amenities are available yet. Right now, it’s basically just the room, but that didn’t bother us for our stay. Once everything is finished, I think this is going to be an...

Families gather on pristine shores to build sandcastles, fish from the pier, or spot dolphins playing in gentle waves. Rent kayaks to explore the quiet sound side, or take a short trip to Fort Macon State Park for coastal history.
Gracious staff from the front desk clerk to the clean-up crew. Perfectly located in the heart of Emerald Isle. It is right for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the room.

This was my second time staying here. They are pet friendly, which was nice although we did not bring our dog this stay. We got there a few hours early and the lady at the desk was very nice and let us check in early even though our room was not ready yet, she said it would be ready in about an hour so we went to the beach and were able to pick up our room key when we got back. The pool is small but is nice when the beach is too windy. My friend is allergic to the down pillows, which seemed to...

Is it better to stay in a Indian Beach motel or hotel?
Motels and Hotels have different perks. When you stay at a motel, you’re likely to find free parking and an outdoor pool. Staying overnight at a motel, can be handy when requiring easy road access. You’ll often have access to your room from outside, and directly from the parking lot. Hotels generally have room access from inside the building. Motels are also often less expensive than hotels. The word “motel” was coined in 1925 by the owner of the Milestone Mo-Tel in San Luis Obispo, California.
